Tradition
The Goldman family started developing real estate in the 1950s, originally led by Murray Goldman. Over the decades, the company developed many successful projects that still stand as landmarks today. In the 1990’s, Gary Goldman evolved the brand Stafford and along with his son Jonathan, grew the business into an expanding, multi-disciplined real estate development company. The journey over seven decades, four generations and several continents, has established Stafford as one of Toronto’s key developers.
The company is now co-owned by Gary and its President, Jonathan Goldman, in cooperation with a talented team of incredibly experienced and competent real estate professionals. Stafford has expanded into several new asset classes and services including asset management and construction management, and the construction of highly technical industrial facilities such as data centers. Stafford has also advanced exciting endeavours like private venture capital and a US expansion. At Stafford, we’re always growing and improving our company and the world around us.
